About This Role:
As Product Manager, you'll oversee the complete product lifecycle, from strategic planning to market execution. You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive product growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies and marketing plans
- Manage inventory, forecasting, and product launches
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Provide technical support and training to sales teams
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and quality standards
- Travel for field visits and product demonstrations
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience managing medical supplies and devices
- Educational background in Nursing, Medical Technology, or Sciences (preferred)
- Proven ability to develop successful product strategies

Key Responsibilities
• Lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research and support the sales team with training and product expertise.
• Oversee inventory, demand forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
• Manage product registrations, renewals, and compliance with FDA, PDEA, DDB, and BOC.
• Represent the company in trade shows, conventions, and professional events.
• Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in medical device/healthcare product management.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory processes and hospital sales operations.
• Proven skills in inventory management, product lifecycle, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
